Truly Cultured TM can help us evolve and begin to start - REMEMBERING - Who We Are.
As Nancy and I sat by the water's edge of Skaneateles Lake in New York state in June of last summer, sipping coffee and discussing our upcoming events, it dawned on us that our meeting at her family's cottage on the lake and getting to experience the area and the family farm (that are discussed in her book) was the only break we were both going to have for the next year! It was such a joy to meet Nancy's family and experience the settings for much of what is in her book. The plane ride tour of the lake in "Sylvia", the little yellow airplane built and piloted by Nancy's brother, David Lee, was the cat's meow. I hope to upload it on the Healing Partnership site on YouTube soon.
Nancy's book, Truly Cultured, is my favorite cookbook and recipe for creating community around food as it speaks much of what in in my heart and on the plates at Casa DeVita, aka Healing Partnerships.
Truly Cultured is a Wire-O hard bound book which will very nicely fold flat for using the recipes. JLC aka galaminos - how truly cultured can you get?
