Due to Federal Law, product returns on any ingestible or  topical application products will not be refunded.

Product returns on custom build items will not be refunded.

You must have a prior authorization code for any product returns.  Write us at sonformula@hotmail.com to obtain a prior authorization code for a return.  

Returns are not accepted on any product after 10 days from date of shipping. 
Any related shipping, mailing, banking and credit card charges regarding a returned or rescinded order will be deducted before refunds are processed.  Refunds will be via company check.  Expect at least 60 days for refunds to be processed plus appropriate mailing time.

International shipments will have a $15.00 USA dollars handling fee, per package, added to normal Continental USA shipping and handling fees due to additional
​necessary paperwork plus the actual cost of shipping.
